but she LOVED the book! I have never seen her get so excited over a set of books before! I am really enjoying her interest in reading this year. She has excelled (started at a 2.8 reading level and is now over a 5) and it really shows....she enjoys it more and doesn't think of it as a chore like last year.
a little smirk because she missed a candle...she said it was okay because she wished for a real zebra and knows we aren't going to let her have one! LOL
